Great customer service

There was a problem with getting stock from their supplier but the lovely Imran at Kiddies Kingdom handled it brilliantly - he called me regularly to give me updates on what was happening, and was so apologetic for the delay (when it wasn't Kiddies Kingdoms' fault for the delay!). I think the true test of a company is how the staff deal with glitches, and Imran really shone with the way he dealt with me.

Oh and the buggy was £40 cheaper than anywhere else too! I'll definitely be signing their praises to my friends.
