Reliable, fast service

I've ordered a few bits from Scan recently ranging from a sound card to a full system and I'll explain a bit about my dealings with Scan.

Firstly, the minor orders, which were for a sound card and wireless card, were both handled quickly and shipped fast. I'm pretty sure I got them both next day and there were no problems at all.

For the system I'm having built, communication was a little slower, but it was there. I've been in contact with them and I've had regular updates once the build began. I also contacted customer services for updates as the order was delayed a little, and I received a very apologetic email stating that they'd had an influx of orders and were swamped so I was being delayed 3-4 days.

Since then though things have been ticking along nicely with automated updates once certain parts of my build have been completed and I'm currently at the last real 'hurdle' and it should be despatched soon!

All in all I've been really pleased with Scan, delivery times have been fast, communication good and hopefully the new system will be excellent too!
