Bought an expensive club for my husband's birthday, which I had to return for some reason. Returns process, although it gives you 30 days, was a pain. Since the club was so expensive, it was advised to have it insured just in case it gets damaged on the way. Fedex wont do as i only had item to send, DHL asked for £55 for it! When contacted customer care, they were not any help at all. Left me sort it out myself. So in a nutshell, as long as your item is not expensive and you do not have to return it, the service is ok! Otherwise you will end up losing tens of pounds on the return :-(
