I ordered an ankle brace for next day delivery. Placed order on the Monday (paid £7 for next day express delivery), still hadn't turned up on the Wednesday. When I rang to find where it was, was told it had been sent and that Parcel Force had tried to deliver it on the Tuesday and had left a card. I took the day off work on the Tuesday and was home all day, and no delivery driver came, rang the bell or left a card. Then on the Thursday 2 envelopes came through the post (via the normal postie) with cards from Parcel Force saying that my package was at a Post Office 2 miles away, and I had to go and pick it up. Fed up with the whole thing, in the meantime I had ordered the ankle brace from somewhere else (which came faster!) and now going to return the original one (involving getting a return label and going back to the post office again). The customer service lady was helpful on the phone, but apart from that I can't say anything to recommend Firstaid4sport and wouldn't choose to use them again.
