Good product - rubbish delivery

My dealings with Pixmania were fine. The website is good and functional. The delivery by Knowhows or whoever it was supposed to be was rubbish - it didn' t arrive and their phone help line tried to blame me for the non delivery. The rudest and most unhelpful helpline ever.

Pixmania I think ( although I have yet to receive my dishwasher 2 weeks on) were helpful and as far as I can see have ordered me a replacement which I am still waiting for.

I am sorry that you have had problems with our “knowhow “delivery service.
They are normally extremely efficient with all their deliveries and ensure that they are on time.
