We arrived in Alicante on the 10th July 2010 with our prepaid voucher from Suncar. When we arrived at the car hire company that Suncar had booked we were told that we had to pay them & Suncar would refund us the money. I asked for proof of this & I was given an email from Suncar to say that they had made a mistake & would refund us the money. I rand Suncar when I got back home on the 17th July 2010 & they expected me to provide proof that I had paid twice even though they knew full well that I had. I told them it was there mistake & they should contact the car company direct. It is now the 10th August 2010 & I still have not received my refund. I think that Suncar make a business out of charging customers the money up front & accumulate this money in the bank for over 2 months in order to earn interest on this. While customers have to pay their credit card bill twice in order to not receive charges. TOTAL SCAM. WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN WOULD RATHER GO DIRECT WITH THE CAR COMPANY
