Having paid £5 for guaranteed delivery on Monday-four days ago I am still waiting for my parcel! After checking online tracking on Monday I was apparently left a calling card- which I do not have. I went on their website to try and change the delivery address but was told to contact the company sending the product instead. I did this and recieved a reply assuring me this had been changed to my work address. However my parcel did not turn up again and no card was left. After spending twenty minutes of my lunch break on the phone to DPD I was told they had no record of the address change but arranged it to be re delivered to my home today and left outside. After waiting in for the whole delivery slot it still did not turn up. I then spent half an hour on the phone to them again and was told the driver couldn't find my house and was refusing to re deliver it even though I phoned two minutes after they logged they couldn't find it. The customer service advisor wouldn't let me speak to their manager and then proceeded to slag me off to them, thinking I was on hold! They spoke to the depot and said the driver would try and deliver today with the directions I gave them. However I have just seen it has been returned to the depot yet again so I am wondering if I am ever going to receive a parcel from such an incompetent company! I am absolutely disgusted by this appalling lack of service and will never be using DPD for anything!!!!
