I sent my son's phone to Cash4Phones after they quoted £54. The phone was a recent replacement so in good condition, my son just wanted the lastes iPhone 5. I have since received an e-mail stating the phone was cracked on the back and they have changed their offer to £18. On selecting the reject option they then wanted £8.95 to sent the phone back. What a great con, they can't loose. I even sent the phone in bubble wrap to protect it in transit. I have asked them to send me a picture of the damage but they could easily send me any old picture of a damaged phone, likewise they could send me a damaged phone back. I feel so let down and angry with myself for trusting them. In future I will always look for reviews like this before entering in to any transaction.
