Placed a test order for 500 letterhead sheets. Poor logo quality, called in to to ask why, blamed the way the file was compressed. No offer to try and assist resolve. They've lost out on 1,000 letterheads per month, due to poor resolution offering.

I have checked the order and it does appear that the logo is poor quality. Normally in this instance we would offer you a discount if you wanted to amend the artwork and place a new order. Perhaps you could contact me and we could discuss this further if this was not something you were originally offered?
