Extremely efficient and helpful

Your service is second to none!
When I rang to arrange exchange of garment your customer service lady was very efficient. Bt the time I had logged onto my account it was already done. My only gripe was the fact that the packaging was too big for the item. The new item was in my mitts by return of post - very impressive!
