I'm sorry your goods have not arrived yet. Have you contacted us directly about this? Looking at your order they were shipped by Royal Mail on the 5th November. Sometimes there can be a delay in post arriving but it doesn't normally take more than a few days to reach you. I would suspect they might be delivered today or tomorrow but if not I would recommend checking with your local sorting office to see if they are holding the goods for you. If you do not receive them by Monday please contact us.
