Poor product

I purchased a product which did turned out did not come with all the essential parts, when I contacted the company about it they were aware that it wasn't supplied and also were able to say it wasn't possible to get it.

Why would anyone sell a product without making sure all the relevant pieces are enclosed and available.

Very disappointed!
