It sucks so hard, i waited patiently and still it has not been delivered

We have looked into your order and can see the order was dispatched 2 days after you placed the order, but could not be delivered by Royal Mail as there wasn't anyone at your given address to sign for the package. We are sorry for the delay this has caused, but I hope you can understand this was not due to us - had you contacted us directly earlier, we would have been able to resolve this for you quickly.
