It says it all in 1 sentence now: Good and sometimes smarter deals but WHY do I need to print anything in 2012???
Basically, my point is that some merchants ask for us to print stuff and even your policies say that and you should change that strategy for your clients eg: something like you will protect their redemption if they use YOUR online system and not paper, whereas now it is the other way around.
Basically, you need to stop the paper as it is a real hassle and also from there you could easily book the EXACT slots at the merchants so that:
1. We would not need to go through the hassle of calling and booking, which can take up time and you automate this part.
2. That hassle we have to go through mean that sometimes I look at a deal and I decide NOT to buy it. You lot in the industry shows the exact slots for full-day activities), but what you could do is book a whole week at the merchant. So we could book BEFORE we buy.
3. You could sell more activities and at even better prices this way and make it way easier for us to buy.
Think about how Amazon decided to be super good at storage and then delivery to become the best shop in the world. I am showing that direction in the same way and I know for a fact this is the only way you can overtake any of the guys above you, as to be frank they are way cooler. Go to a VC with a way to make that vision happen and you will another VC to finance an another round.
