Telephone ordering and delivery service were top rate

The only 2 areas for improvement that I would suggest are: where I had trouble ordering online, it kept freezing on the last stage (checking card details), hence my calling to order instead - which was inconvenient because I had to wait until your telephone lines were open. The other is that you seem to sell out of the most popular sizes very quickly (clearly not that many people order size 8 or you wouldn't have so many left!). Had you not been out of stock with size 14 on so many things, my order would have been a few more items each time I used you.
But on a positive note - delivery is always extremely quick, and when I had to return something a while back, the refund went very smoothly.
