Not easy buying a bed frame on the internet but.....

After trawling through lots of bed frame suppliers (same beds different prices) I decided on this company. They got the bed frame delivered on the day as arranged - always a good start. The girl I spoke to at the company was very nice until we got to the part about delivering to my first floor flat, sorry they only deliver to the front door, not my door, nothing she could do about it - but I could cancel with full refund. Living on one's own and being elderly does have some problems, but I need not have worried the delivery driver was very helpful and carried these 3 packages into my flat. Overall I am very pleased with my bed and would recommend this company.
