Parcel (replacement phone) from O2 was due to be delivered Tuesday 6 nov, so my wife stayed home all day to receive it. I returned home to find a Sorry we missed you note on the doormat but no parcel. Wife confirmed she had been in all day and noone rang the door bell. We were both working Wednesday so I left a note and sucess! Parcel was left as I asked. There was a need to return the original phone so I packed it and rang O2 to talk to a real person rather than a computer and they got back to me saying it would be pickwd up on Thursday. It wasnt. Its waiting on the doorstap if anyone wants to pick it up.
