Got delivered half empty box, complained, eventually got an email response to ask if I still wanted the missing items I had paid them for. Given no idea as to delivery dates, sent numerous emails with no response as to why the replacements for the curiously missing items had not arrived, left 2 messages to the land line number - which is diverted to a mobile - no reply. So in brief, I am out of pocket and shortersclub are a joke and a bunch of ripoff merchants! Even had the nerve to ask for feedback, but the system blocked me from leaving 1 star!
booked yodel 48 to pick up the next day, no collection! rebooked to pick up next day STILL NO COLLECTION!! yodel are an absolute joke! parcel2go do not have an online refund facility and there does not appear to be a telephone number to ring them or yodel. no replies to messages - pretty much as expected. Another small claims court case, and a trip to a more professional organisation - parcelforce!

in response to 'robert offer' above, I would be interested as to how you managed to 'chat' with them as they have no 'chat' facility or phone number on their site. Perhaps you could enlighten everyone they have stitched up so we can 'chat' to them too
I ordered a potterton EP3002 programmer, as it was not showing as out of stock, I assumed it would be with me in 2 or 3 days - WRONG. 3 days later I got an email informing me the plumbstore.com does not hold any stock and orders direct from the manufacturer who had a recall and 'production issue' with their products, and I would receive the programmer when the plumbstore.com received it. I asked for a refund and got it, but customers are freezing because the plumbstore.com website takes your money without showing stock levels. I purchased an equivalent programmer from my usual supplier the next day (thank you PTS)
