Order made on line, no problems there. Delivery date given. Didn't get the phone on that day as they required further information by 16.00........only they sent me an e-mail at 15.20.......giving me just 40 minutes to give them what they wanted......
So, information passed the next day and was promised delivery the next day.......didn't arrive. Phoned their 'customer care' team to complain. Was promised compensation for my troubles in 14 days, and delivery then following day. Fair enough, the phone arrived. My compensation hasn't. Its 21 days now and counting.......
