I sent in a order to you,within a couple of minuts I realized i had made a mistake,i phoned your office & spoke to one of your very nice young ladies,who "said that she would pass the revised order on "but when the order came through,it was the same order i had sent in so i had to send it back as it was no good to me.
please can you see that if some one has gone to the trouble to phone you that the message is past on.
