good response but poor service.

I sent in a order to you,within a couple of minuts I realized i had made a mistake,i phoned your office & spoke to one of your very nice young ladies,who "said that she would pass the revised order on "but when the order came through,it was the same order i had sent in so i had to send it back as it was no good to me.
please can you see that if some one has gone to the trouble to phone you that the message is past on.

We are sorry the customer is not happy with the service on this occasion. The customer called and spoke to one of our Customer Service Advisors who as requested amended the size of the item on the order to the size the customer asked for, this item was also dispatched in the size that it had been amended to. We are sorry if there has been some confusion or mis-communication between the customer and the Customer Service Agent, as far as we are aware we have amended the order as requested by the customer. The customer is welcome to send back the items which are not suitable and we would be happy to offer a full refund or an exchange.
