Speedy service, great price and good product
Couldn't believe how fast the service was. Curtains were delivered really quick and exactly as I wanted. Great price too.

Great initial service let down by delay in despatching goods
Initial customer service was excellent. However despite placing the order at 9am on a Thursday and getting a confirmed delivery date of the Friday the branch that held the part somehow managed to neglect to send it either on the Thursday or Friday. If I hadn't chased the delivery I'm not sure whether it would ever have been sent at all!
However Jeanette in customer service did everything she could to sort out the error and we eventually received the part on the Tuesday afternoon. I asked if there was anything that could be done on the postage and they refunded it in full. Overall great telephone service but massively let down by the branch's performance.
