I placed an order, needed to change the delivery times and the order was accidentally cancelled. Mistakes happen, I get this. Lady on the phone offered me a refund on the delivery charge, a service that was not provided, and arranged a delivery with a very quick turn around time, this was genuinely impressive and saved a lot of stress and heartache, thankyou. However the order was then incomplete so I had to again contact customer services for a refund on the missing part of the order, extreme dissapointment, but I attribute this to the rush of getting a swift delivery organised and still think it was a good recovery.
However, I send an email to "Nigel" from customer services, whose name is on the email sent to me hoping I had recieved a good experience, ONE WEEK LATER, I recieve another email asking me to review them, well if you want me to give you a review a week to the day after emailing you with a bad review and recieving no response then you are mad. It will obviously not be a great one, will it Nigel?
So this is my review, if you bother to read this on, who knows?
