horrendous customer service

Had many items that i ordered on next day delivery for an important event. Was standing in my kitchen and when i walked to my front door i seen the DPD van leave, they did not ring my doorbell or i would definitely have heard and then when i called straight away they said the driver couldnt come back because she was too busy. In this case i would solely blame the driver.

Sorry to hear about the delay in delivery.

I see that the parcel was re-booked for a pre-1pm delivery the following day. Was everything okay when the driver made the delivery?
