Cancelled order - in stock but had to wait too long for delivered to my area.
Very customer unfriendly experience. Would not get alternative courier although I was paying for delivery. Very unhelpful and unfortunate to come across business that would cancel order rather than make an effort to deliver to customers needs.

We're sorry you're unhappy with our delivery service but the dates we offered were inside the lead time we quote on our website for delivery to your area. We don't use external couriers as we have our own logistics team who are specialists in furniture delivery and try to offer the best service we possibly can, of delivery to a room of your choice.
