I ordered a laptop and it was delivered pretty much on time (no mean feat as it was in the run up to Christmas).
I was impressed with the way PCS dealt with the fact that I mistakenly ordered the wrong optical drive. I live close to the PCS assembly plant and I was able to pop in and have the drive changed pretty much there and then. I do appreciate that this must have been at a cost to the many other jobs that they had ongoing at the time. Thanks.
So far the laptop is performing splendidly and I expect that it will continue to do so.
