Many of the flowers that arrived were dead. Some of the packaging was in a dreadful state. Thrown about my the courier?
To Interfloras credit, they did provide a free of charge replacement, but I had to work hard for it be provided 'same day'. The local florist who provided the second set was horrified at the state of the original set when shown them.
The lady that the flowers were for has been through an awful lot recently. Recieving dead flowers really didn't help. I won;t use interflora again.
