Covering their own backs!!!!!!

The ink may prove to be fine but UNINTELLIGENTLY an all-purpose warning letter is sent with the inks.

At one point it suggests removing all inks if new one doesn't work...
are they seriously suggesting I throw away 5 original ink tanks?!!

If not relevant why include.. do they assume we don't read BEFORE we fit??

I believe you are referring to our trouble shooting page we dispatch with our inks cartridges, these are here to help only if you have problems so you can get up and printing without needing to contact us. Less than 1% of our customers have to insert a full set but in some cases this dose help, if our customers have to do this wasted ink cartridges are always replaced.
