The lady who answered the phone was exremey courteous and when I asked her for the dimensions of the rack she did not have them to hand but promised to get someone to go to the warehouse, take the measurements and phone me back, I got the call as promised and the goods once ordered were delivered with incredible speed.

Given the lack of service that one expects these days dealing with you was a pleasant experience.

PS The rack is great!
