These flowers were for my daughter, a young english girl who is living away from home, has just had a baby and celebrating her 3rd wedding anniversary.
They were ordered for 6/11/2012 and delivered 2 days late on 8/11/2012.

While we did suffer with technical difficulties as our US offices are based in New York and we struggled to get staff into the office along with the power cuts, this led to a delay with some orders going out, having said that as a gesture of good will we would like to refund your order in full as we understand the sensitive nature of you order
