I ordered flowers etc for my nieces 21st birthday in London. The sent an email to confirm a deliviery, it never arrived. Contacted them. Some issue or other with the courrier, never properly explained. Arranged another date for delivery - now having missed the birthday day. Again - confirmed email and nothing delivered. Again more contact - 3rd try it turned up - 9 days late. I got the offer of a £5 off my next order, some chance!

Please accept our apologies for the issues encountered with this order, we have issued a full refund and i believe the order of chocolates wine and flowers have been delivered to your niece, although we accept the delivery was after the occasion i hope the refund will go some way to making up for the issues
