I ordered a radiator, 700mm x 1600mm, paid and had the order and delivery date confirmed. By 3pm on day of delivery I found out it had been "damaged in transit" and how did I find out??? I had to ring up and discover it for myself!!! A replacement was arranged and delivery date again "confirmed". By 2.30pm on delivery day I was getting concerned again and so I had to ring to find out what was happening because NO ONE rang me. It was out of stock!!!!! So I had waited in for 2 separate days to be messed about and nobody but nobody telephoned me to let me know the situation. A third delivery was arranged to my customer and fortunately this time a radiator was delivered. I won't be using this site again.
