I ordered food through just eat from my local takeaway, they rang me 10 minutes later to say that the takeaway I had ordered from wasn't answering so a full refund would be issued, nearly a year later I have still not received my refund!!! After countless conversations with just eat staff on the phone and online, apparently my order doesn't exist and excuse after excuse is made, even though I have my order reference number they still can't seem to find my order to refund me.
Won't be using this service again unless something is finally done about this!

I am sorry to hear that your order was cancelled as we were unable to get into contact with the takeaway. Providing your meal was not received you should be entitled to a full refund. If you could forward me the order details we may be able to trace the payment for you.
