Having read just a few of the comments recently posted on the Trustpilot website, I don't suppose that I should be too surprised to learn that I am not the only customer who had an ‘alleged’ delivery today (despite being home all day) together with a non-existent calling card.
Strangely though, ParcelForce made it and so did Royal Mail. Both of whom found the doorbell and door knocker.
So, is the Tracking Data on your website incorrect or is it a case of your Driver not being Honest?
