I tried to send flowers to a special person in Paris (I live in Colombia), her birthday was on October 31st, the delivery went out November 2. Not being succesful because there was a bad spelled word in the address, they decided that the Zip code wan't enough or the rest of the address. They try to send it again in theory by november 7th, again being late the delivery went out today (November9th). They claim they left a message in the mail box, but the person there says she didn't receive anything, they were supposed to leave the flowers with a neighbor in theory but didn't.
Now is weekend and guess that there's nothing to do until monday when the flowers will be pretty much dead.
I don't recomend this site at all. Just to rescue their customer service as they were always answering my requests.
