The delivery was not booked efficiently and I had to phone only to find out they were waiting to rebook for another date even though I had organised my home move according to the date they initially provided to me. Very disappointed in their customer service department. There was no apology at their end.
Then on the day of delivery the guy just leaves the fridge freezer at the entrance refusing to assist in putting it in the lift. He even damaged the appliance. Not sure I ever want to order from them again.
