Very difficult to get a response from these people, have to wonder if they are based in this country. Oh yes they have an office in Liverpool ! Explains all.

I'm sorry we have been able to get in touch with you. We have tried to contact you by various means but have had no joy. We know your consignment arrived next day and the courier reported no problems so I'm not sure what went wrong.
I can assure you we are UK based, and have been trading here for 30 years. We do have a store in Liverpool, although I'm not sure what this has to do with the matter.
