the only company i know with an "unhelp" desk

all was going well. very well infact. the booking was easy, the paperwork arrived promptly. all was in order. then when a problem arose whilst on the holiday we were put through to the "emergency unhelp desk" and thats when it all fell apart. we were fobbed off and left stranded in an almost totally closed hotel with none of the facilities that we had paid for and it totally ruined the holiday .
You took our money then turned your back.
Will NEVER use again. thanks for ruining our only holiday in years.
