Best Customer Service Ever !!!!
I was trying to place an order for some of their lovely toys but I could not get the form to submit no matter what I did( it was my fault not theirs) I must tell you that before I had settled on what to order, I had previously emailed them several times with questions on various different things.They always responded to me really quickly, in a friendly and patient manner giving me exactly the information I asked for, how rare that is these days! Anyway as I couldn't get the form to go through from my side they offered to put my order through themselves if I gave them my details and what I wanted so I did and it came through right away.Really lovely company to shop with I'd definitely shop with them again.
