Thought the on-site experience was great, even though it detected the wrong type of RAM (This is a known issue with my laptop model number though), the Orca staff (Claire) contacted me and supported me very pro-actively in finding the right RAM type. Was even pro-active in suggesting the best possible replacement for me, the customer (and not any upsell strategies).
Simply first rate customer care. I am a customer support supervisor and see it all day every day, but this really was impressive. Good job Orca.
