I wanted to buy a footmuff from bambino direct website and pay through PayPal. The site doesn't work properly. After several frustrating minutes I have up and I bought the item from amazon. The next morning I got 2 emails from PayPal confirming 2 orders I never confirmed and since then it's taken 4 phone calls and several emails trying to get a refund.
I'll never use this site again as its brought nothing but grief and frustration and no one from the support team seems to know what they are doing.
