Good product, quick delivery, just could have done with instructions how to put them up.

Great price and quick and easy purchase online.
Only criticism is that there were no instructions on how to put them up inside the box or on your side in a form of videos. We had to watch videos from other sites and guess the rest.

Now we know for any future blinds.
Also, when we pull the whole blind up its hard to get back down.

Nightmare experience

I wanted to buy a footmuff from bambino direct website and pay through PayPal. The site doesn't work properly. After several frustrating minutes I have up and I bought the item from amazon. The next morning I got 2 emails from PayPal confirming 2 orders I never confirmed and since then it's taken 4 phone calls and several emails trying to get a refund.
I'll never use this site again as its brought nothing but grief and frustration and no one from the support team seems to know what they are doing.
