Age Partnership

Fast, accurate and very reliable service; slightly tarnished by the overdone marketing emails which continued even after my application was received and in process.

Age Partnership lived up to the excellent reviews which I researched carefully before making contact. They talked me through - and made sure I understood - the annuity process and all the implications. Everything AP told me checked out through other sources, including the annuity rates offered. Responses to queries were fast, knowledgeable and accurate.
AP arranged a courier to collect my completed documentation and even phoned that afternoon to check that the collection had been made. Original identity documents were returned by Special Delivery the following day. The whole process, from signing up to transfer of monies between providers and confirmation of the annuity was completed seamlessly in less than 3 weeks. I put that down to AP's attention to detail and follow-up.
On a slightly less positive note, I could have done without the repeated marketing emails offering up to 70% annuity enhancement well after they had established that no enhancement could be claimed. That's the only reason for marking them down and it would have been 4 1/2 stars if that option were possible.
