Wife had a signature forged on a pair of boots 2 weeks ago. Had to prove it wasn't her signature by providing a copy which was a ton of hassle. Eventually got the boots refunded after 3 weeks.
I ordered a mattress on my account, was told it had arrived at warehouse ready for delivery some 14 days ago.... no contact from delivery firm, and Littlewoods keep fobbing me off with 'you have to wait a while longer'.
I order a Tablet PC, was told it would be with me within 3 days. 7 days later, still no delivery, even though it's confirmed as being sat in the delivery companys warehouse and again Littlewoods are telling me that i have to wait a further 2 weeks before they will investigate it as a lost parcel.
Be clear.... Littlewoods are average with customer service.... The delivery firm is pathetic.... 1 forged signature and 2 undelivered items in less than a month ? And remember we are being charged a stupid amount for calling them and being on hold for 5-10 mins at a time.
