Ordered 2 disks, both arrived defective, trying to return them, and its just so exceptionally painful and slow, I want a refund so I can buy something else from a decent company. In order to send something back your expected to phone them when your at work (they dont do any of this weekend nonsense like every other company does).
Further to my original comment their promise to sort things out is worthless, I am still waiting for a refund on the postage costs for the two defective items.
They are just rubbish and record a load of lies about when they have left cards. It would be simpler to just pick the package up yourself on the train
