Painful returns process for items that arrived deffective

Ordered 2 disks, both arrived defective, trying to return them, and its just so exceptionally painful and slow, I want a refund so I can buy something else from a decent company. In order to send something back your expected to phone them when your at work (they dont do any of this weekend nonsense like every other company does).

Further to my original comment their promise to sort things out is worthless, I am still waiting for a refund on the postage costs for the two defective items.

I apologise you received 2 faulty disks and are not happy with our returns process.

Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm and are unfortunately not open on weekends. You can however contact us through our enote system and our customer support team will respond within 48 hours.

If you have still not arranged for the return of your faulty discs, please contact me at resolutioncentre@ebuyer.com with your order number and the name of this review site so I can look into this for you.

Excellent choice if you want something never to arrive

They are just rubbish and record a load of lies about when they have left cards. It would be simpler to just pick the package up yourself on the train
