Good service except for the gadget helpline

Doing an orange up grade, all no problem. It was the best deal on a 24 month contract for the phone I wanted. Delivered on time and everything worked. As an upgrade connected in 24hrs. Logged into my orange account to check I was on the correct plan and all was fine.
They don't offer insurance. so no hard sell there. So basically this bit was would be 5 stars, but ......
The one problem is the 30 day trial of the gadget help line. I wasn't told about by the rep so was surprised to see it appear, with subsequent charges if i didn't cancel. I had no trouble getting through to the Stoke based customer support centre to complain. It comes to over £80.00 pounds for the 2 years of the contract. If you want to cancel after the 30 days, there is a £5.00 admin fee !.
It is easy to cancel, via the gadget helpline website make sure you get the email with your account number on.
so a really good expierence upset by the gadget help line
