I ordered a camera on 11th October. The product did not arrive and i was told by simply electronics to contact DHL. They later advised that the product was lost and forwarded this information onto simply electronics, I received conformation that i would get a refund on 2.11.12 and still no money back in my account! This has been a complete waste of time, effort and money. This company has had my money almost a month now and has stopped replying to my emails concerning the refund. Poor service throughout!
