failed to deliver

i ordered my exercise bike before 12 noon and was promised next day delivery . i received an e- mail saying my bike had been dispatched and would indeed be delivered between 9.30 am and 5.30 pm . after cancelling all commitments for the following day and staying at home the bike did not materialise . the next day i had to go out and of course the courriers arrived whilst there was no one in . after trying to arrange a delivery time with no success i decided to fetch the bike myself . the bike was easy to assemble and is everything i expected it to be but next day delivery should mean next day delivery ........a lost day with no explaination is frustrating to say the least .
