Extremely poor service

Bought an item on Amazon that was sent off pretty quickly using Yodel company. A week later still awaiting delivery. They only work certain post codes and when asked to deliver to my business address refused as if their drivers need special permission to access E1 part of London. Communication with the Customer Support failed to yeld any results. Called them several times with requests to leave the parcel at neighbour's but had calling card dropped instead. So basically it looks like I'll have to take time off work to travel to their Vauxhall office to collect the parcel myself. Should be rather called Mickey Mouse Logistics. Very dissatisfied with the service, would never use again.
