Last time I came home to find my delivery (clothes) on my doorstep, under the soaking wet, absolutely filthy rag we throw over the bins (so the birds don't rip the bin bags apart). I mean, when I pick it up to throw over the bins, I do so with the very tip of my finger (before a heavy soap scrubbing)
Today, I've been sitting in all day waiting for my new delivery (clothes again, different company), as I tracked the delivery that said Hermes had collected it at 10:30am this morning. I was constantly checking the site as I had heard no word. At 14:30, the delivery status says "Delivery attempted and calling card left". No calling card to be found anywhere. Beyond a joke. It's like the actions of a moody irresponsible teenager.
I really don't get why so many major clothing companies use this service, as it is doing them an injustice. It's cheaper for a reason, people! Can't we go back to a more civilized Royal Mail, please?
