Fantastic, fast and excellent service...

I ordered two pairs of beautiful shoes but, sadly, they were too small for my wide feet and I, reluctantly, had to return them... I used my local collection point but was told that driver had already just collected items from them. However, I was astonished the following morning to receive an email advising that the shoes had been received, refund approved and passed on for processing. A few minutes later I was notified that the refund had been credited to my account. Unbelievably, wonderful service, thank you so much, Spartoo.
