Not just the bread n' butter items
I am pleased to report that despite an apparent shortage of the item I required, DV247 managed to acquire a Waves PSR guitar interface for me in a reasonable amount of time. I was notified of the delivery day (and time) and it arrived within the window quoted; the item was well packed and in good condition.

Good product, inadequate packing
Your product arrived in good time and I have to say that - so far - it appears to be of excellent quality.
One minor niggle though... the item had a lucky escape from damage; it was in a box which allowed the product to rattle around inside, a fairly small amount of scrunched-up newspaper would have prevented it breaking through the top, which is what it did. Luckily the product sustained no damage.
